Terms and Conditions • All orders are subject to credit approval by Sportif Wholesale, Inc. Banking Factor. • COD or advance payment may be required in some cases.
• Returns that are not defective or damaged must be received by Sportif USA in a condition conducive for resale. • Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• All preseason discounts are taken at time of invoice payment, if paid within stated terms.
• Warranty returns will be repaired or replaced at our option.
• We reserve the right to ship orders up to 30 days in advance of the requested ship date.
SHIPMENTS • Standard shipping will be F.O.B. Sportif Wholesale, Inc., UPS Ground Service, prepaid and invoiced.
• Terms are effective from the date of invoice. Discount eligibility and payment date are determined by the postmark date. Discounts are extended to merchandise only and not to shipping and handling. • Early payment discounts will not be allowed unless payment is postmarked within the discount period as stipulated on the invoice. • Standard Terms are Net 30 (Net 45 for FL) OAC. All orders are subject to approval through CIT Commercial Finance. COD or advance payment may be required if not approved. • We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express when previously arranged. • Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All other shipping methods or special shipping instructions need to be clearly stated on your purchase order. CLAIMS • Claims against shipments must be made in writing (via mail or fax) or via email to us within 15 days from receipt of invoice. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS/COLLECTION • Past due accounts shall incur a service charge of 1.5% per month, or $5.00, whichever is greater, for each outstanding invoice. • Shipments will be withheld from accounts with past due invoices and/or other charges.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
• Accounts that are more than 60 days past due may be turned over to a collection agency.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/REVISIONS Order cancellations or revisions over $1000 must be made through regional sales representative. All cancellations and revisions must be requested in writing.
• Buyer agrees to pay the full cost and expense, including attorneys fees incurred by Sportif Wholesale, Inc. for the collection of past due accounts.
CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORDER START-SHIP-DATE. RETURNS • All returns, including defective merchandise, must be preauthorized by your account manager within 180 days.
