The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and Latino Wall Street today announced their collaboration to host the first-ever CPAC Latino Summit, scheduled for June 28-29, 2025, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida.

The two-day event represents a strategic alliance between CPAC, America's largest gathering of conservative activists, and Latino Wall Street, an organization focused on Hispanic financial literacy and economic advancement The summit aims to bridge conservative political ideology with Hispanic entrepreneurship and economic development.

Summit Objectives and Programming

The inaugural CPAC Latino Summit will address the intersection of conservative governance and Hispanic business leadership across the Americas. Programming will emphasize free-market economics, traditional values, and political engagement within Hispanic communities.

Planned activities include keynote addresses from prominent conservative figures, panel discussions on emerging financial technologies including cryptocurrency and fintech innovations, networking sessions connecting Hispanic business leaders with potential investors, and special evening events designed to foster community building.

The summit's programming will explore how market-based solutions and conservative principles can address challenges facing Hispanic communities while promoting economic independence and political participation.

Leadership Perspectives

Tony Delgado, Latino Wall Street's founder, emphasized the partnership's potential to provide Hispanic communities with enhanced access to capital and political influence. "We're creating pathways for economic empowerment that align with principles of individual responsibility and free enterprise," Delgado stated.

CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp highlighted the natural alignment between conservative values and Hispanic community priorities. "Conservative principles of limited government, economic freedom, and strong families resonate deeply within Hispanic communities across America," Schlapp noted.

Event Details and Participation

The summit will take place over two days in South Florida, a region with significant Hispanic population and business activity. The location was selected to maximize accessibility for attendees from across the Americas. Registration information, media accreditation, and corporate sponsorship opportunities are available through the official summit website and participating organizations' digital platforms.

The event represents an expansion of CPAC's traditional programming to address the growing political and economic influence of Hispanic Americans in conservative politics and free-market advocacy.

Top Florida Real Estate Attorney Ben Solomon Celebrates 20 Years in Private Practice

and Expands Law Firm Presence Across South Florida

Renowned Florida real estate attorney, Ben Solomon, is celebrating two decades in private practice, marking a significant milestone in his legal career and the continued growth of his two successful law firms.

Mr. Solomon began his legal journey after graduating with honors from the University of Miami School of Law and working at the national law firm Duane Morris LLP. In 2005, he founded his first law firm and has since become a trusted legal advisor to premier real estate developers, financial institutions, healthcare facilities, and residential condominiums and communities across Florida.

Today, Mr. Solomon serves as Managing Partner of Solomon Cooperman Recondo Shapiro Abril LLP (SCRSA), a full-service law firm with offices in Brickell/Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Boca Raton. SCRSA has built a strong reputation for handling high-stakes real estate transactions, developer representation, banking matters, collections, and litigation. The firm's client list includes prestigious names such as Lennar, Shoma Group, Truist, City National Bank, and Popular Bank. With a dedicated team of over 30 attorneys and staff, SCRSA offers clients the benefit of "big firm" experience with more affordable billing rates charging under $800 an hour for partners and even less for associates. "Most top-tier firms are charging over $1,000 an hour for partner time these days," said Mr. Solomon. "We strive to be the go-to firm for clients who want the best legal counsel at more reasonable rates."

In 2006, Mr. Solomon also founded Association Law Group, P.L. (ALG), a boutique law firm that serves as general counsel to hundreds of condominiums and homeowner associations statewide. ALG provides legal expertise in collections, governance, contracts, and litigation to some of Florida's most notable properties, including Four Seasons Surf Club, Ritz Carlton Miami Beach, and Keys Gate Community.

Both firms recently celebrated significant expansions including opening a luxurious, custom-designed main office on the 52nd floor of Panorama Tower the tallest building in Florida. The ocean view office space was unveiled at a grand opening in January, followed by a 20th-anniversary celebration in May that drew hundreds of guests. Mr. Solomon also recently remodeled the firms' Broward offices at NuRiver Landing in downtown Ft. Lauderdale, which supports both firms' growing teams.

Mr. Solomon also continues to strengthen his firms by adding top-tier legal talent including attorneys Jorge M. Abril (35+ years in healthcare collections), Craig B. Shapiro (25+ years in civil litigation), and Howard S. Weinberg, current Mayor of Aventura (35+ years of legal experience).

True to his reputation as a top attorney, Mr. Solomon even resides at the peak of Miami on the top floor of Panorama Tower at 868 feet making his daily commute just a 30-second elevator ride. "While I enjoy the views, it's also important to be close to our team and have the right approach," he said. "We pride ourselves on being solution-oriented to achieve the best outcomes for our clients."

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Solomon actively supports the local community through pro-bono services and charitable contributions including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami, the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, and Goodwill organizations.

Finding Balance in the Fast Lane: Inside Equilibrium Mental Health Services' Boutique Approach to Wellness

In MIAMI, ambition is everywhere—in the glass towers of Brickell, the creative hubs of Wynwood, the executive suites of Coral Gables. The city pulses with driven professionals, entrepreneurs, and highachievers who pour themselves into careers, often at the expense of their own well-being. But amid the hustle, a quiet revolution in mental health is taking place.

Tucked into the professional heart of the city, Equilibrium Mental Health Services offers something different: not a clinic, not a crisis center, but a concierge, boutique mental health practice designed specifically for those balancing demanding careers, complex personal lives, and a constant pursuit of excellence.

“We work with people who are high functioning, but they’re carrying a silent weight,” says Dr. Robert Morales, founder and lead provider. “They're managing companies, building families, excelling in their industries but many are doing it while privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, or perfectionism. Our role is to meet them exactly where they are—with discretion, respect, and a plan tailored to their lives.”

A Concierge Experience Rooted in Precision and Privacy

What sets Equilibrium apart is its white-glove approach to mental health care. Every service is designed to be streamlined, personalized, and effective, honoring the time and privacy of its clients. There’s no waiting room cattle call, no rushed intakes. Appointments are scheduled with intention, sessions are thorough, and the treatment model emphasizes quality over quantity

This is mental health care without the bureaucracy, and with the kind of attention to detail typically reserved for luxury services “We operate with the same professionalism and polish our clients expect in their own industries,” says Dr. Morales. “That includes how we communicate, how we protect their privacy, and how we adapt our care to their goals ”
