The goal of this design is to create a functional and energetic amenity space for residents and include a public amenities space that will enrich the local neighborhood. The design will feature geometric forms that will add dimension and create a balance of lively patterns and sophistication.
Different forms of geometry will create a balanced mixture of soft angles to break up the rigidness of straight lines and also create a sense of harmony through the repetition of shapes and forms.
Building Analysis
Located within the financial district of Boston, 88 Broad Street is a 9-story office space built in 1908. The building has a great loca tion and close proximity to the waterfront, Faneuil Hall, and Government center.

The goal of this design is to create an efficient environment for working, living, and hosting that divides the work area from the living and sleeping area. The design will feature warm-toned woods, a balanced mixture of cool tones and warm tones, and soft lighting
to create a comfortable living space. The ceramics studio will feature a large flexible workspace, controlled lighting, and greenery to create a productive environment.

Twilight
The goal of this design is to create a lively neon bar and lounge located in the Financial District of Boston, MA. The bar will feature colorful LED lighting to emphasize the bar and stairs. Lines will be used throughout the design to accentuate the height, draw the eye, and unify the design.
Different textures such as marble, metal, and polished concrete will reflect light and give a modern look. The dim glowing lights add to the ambiance and leave a lasting impression on guests.
