The Limitless delicately brings in nature to provide a fresh and healing environment for the local artists, so as to increase the inhabitants quality of life. Furthermore , it was obligated to awaken the value of craftsmanship in this advanced world by integrating the exhibition spaces , business opportunities in the site. The master plan is formed with an apartment , fashion academy and pottery manufacturing. These buildings surround the inverted exhibition factory .
The artists are working and living with this heritage - the forgotten site. To emphasize on the unremembered, the buildings are structured with avant-garde tectonics (the extravagant roof canopy and truss facade ) as a principle - “ Creativity should be bold and limitless.” The architectural reference to the Dutch pavilion. The scheme arranges the natural in between the main working spaces. At ground level it allows for visibility and accessibility, whilst the third level, the “nature” and cultural events populate in between the fashion academy and pottery manufacturing, fabric dying workshops .It exists as a monumental multi-level park that takes on the character of a happening. You can see this in the long section.

The evolving technique makes the fast fashion industry grow. Fast Fashion forms a toxic system of overproduction and consumption, and it has made fashion one of the world’s largest polluters. Fast fashion’s negative impact includes using cheap, toxic textile dyes—making the fashion industry one of the largest polluters of clean water globally, right up there with agriculture. But even “natural” fabrics can be a problem at the scale fast fashion demands. Conventional cotton requires enormous amounts of water and pesticides in India and China. This results in drought risks and creates extreme stress on water basins and competition for resources between companies and local communities.
Introducing Kombucha Flab, a unique concept that combines a Kombucha Brewery Factory and Sewing Cafe. At Kombucha Flab, we utilize the waste produced during the Kombucha fermentation process, known as SCOBY, to create fashion products through sewing with old clothes donated by the community in the District Docklands. The clothes off cut will send to textile brick maker space to turn the off cuts to bricks , or insulation in the building.See This initiative serves as an activism to promote biodegradable fashion and address the excessive local fast fashion industry.
By repurposing materials and encouraging sustainable practices, Kombucha Flab contributes to reducing textile waste and fostering a culture of environmental consciousness within the community. Join us in our mission to promote eco-friendly fashion and make a positive impact on our environment.

The role of architecture is important in affecting the human perception of a site and society. This architecture is corporate with the idea of ``Psychogeography’’ -The intersection of psychology and geography. It is an act of Activism and revelation of historical narrative and social ideology. It directs people to Walk purposelessly and reveals the unrevealed parts.
Inspired by the precedent Amsterdam orphanage, and given the site’s mission of seafarers church has cooperative charity work in the long history, This architecture heavily focuses on the use of landscaping, colour therapy and the psychological impact of shapes on humans. For instance, the use of a Circle implies community, and wholeness.
In a nutshell . This architecture is obliged to slow down the passengers and provoke them to discover the unrevealed areas of this site. Let them walk unconditionally, explore, and realise the beauty of the ordinary according to (WHO) Healing gardens or walks in nature can also serve as prevention against diseases; it’s a benefit to humans mentally and physically.
However, this architecture targets the homeless since they are a group of minorities who need to be healed and helped. Additionally, giving concern about the increasing number of homeless and housing expenses, this architecture offers affordable 8-sharing lofts, in total 64 rooms, a charity community centre, a praying room for the homeless or people who suffer from financial issues or depression in Melbourne, to offer them job opportunities and benefit the society.

The Infinite Community Centre symbolises boundless, infinity and expression of hope in port Melbourne. Referencing the Yokohama terminal and Tea community Centre waterfront in China. The architecture has turned the sense of monumentality into a symbolic form. Yet, It highlights the historical moments and features of princes pier from the immigration wave and industrialisation period from 1912-to 2011. The design is merged with the city harbour and serves as a public space for passengers.
The site princess pier has originally designed with Gatehouse, shipping facilities, Bollards, drainages, benches weathering steel kiosk houses and installation art.In this proposal Only the gatehouse and shipping faculties have been preserved from the site, The architecture is formed by a ramp. It is structured with the extension of existing piles. . to surround the gatehouse as it is a presentation of in industrial period that was used to monitor the cargo and traffic on to and off of the pier. The ramp has merged with the site and connects people from level -3.0 to + 5.0. It guides visitors to discover the unrevealed vanishing points in Prince Pier.
