Take out rubber hand-holds and screws on the casing, and use a hard pick (image 1) to disassemble the machine;

MaxiSys Ultra Change battery 1) Prepare a new battery and make sure that it is a good one;

Image 4 3) Refer to image 5 to insert the battery ribbon cable into the corresponding slot on the motherboard. Then fix the battery press (Image 6); Notice: when fixing the battery press, please make sure that the torque of electric screwdriver is 2.5±0.2kgf.cm.

Change touch screen and LCD screen 1) Prepare a new top shell and a new LCD screen. Make sure that they are good ones; 2) Refer to image 7 to install the LCD screen on the holder;

Image 7 3) Tighten four screws (Torque of electric screwdriver: 1.5±0.2kgf.cm);

Image 8 4) Stick 4pcs screw gasket to the places circled in red (Image 9);

Image 9 5) Stick acetic acid tape to the places circled in red (Image 10); Notice: a. Do not stick acetic acid tape to the LCD screen; b. Stick 1pcs acetic acid tape to every place.

Image 10 6) Remove the protectors from LCD screen and touch screen. Use air gun to clean top shell and LCD screen and use a dust-free cloth with alcohol to wipe blots; Notice: When tearing off the protectors, please start from the top right corner and work against the ion blower to prevent static electricity from damaging LCD or TP (Image 12).

Image 12 7) Assemble the top shell and the LCD screen. Make sure that the camera is well installed (Image 13);

Change motherboard 1) Prepare a new motherboard and make sure that it is a good one; 2) Assemble the motherboard and the bottom shell;

Image 16 4) Refer to image 17 and 18 to install the camera; Notice: When tightening two screws, please make sure that the torque of electric screwdriver is 2.5±0.2kgf.cm.

Image 18 5) Refer to image 19 to insert connectors into the corresponding slots on the motherboard;

Image 19 6) Stick 3pcs acetic acid tape to the places circled in red. Stick the conductive foam to the place circled in blue (Image 20);

MS909 and MS919 Change battery 1) Prepare a new battery and make sure that it is a good one;

Image 23 3) Refer to image 24 to stick 3pcs foam to the bottom of the battery;

Image 24 4) Refer to image 25 to install the battery and fix the battery press; Notice: When fixing the battery press, please make sure that the torque of electric screwdriver is 2.5±0.2kgf.cm.

Change touch screen and LCD screen 1) Prepare a new top shell and a new LCD screen. Make sure that they are good ones; 2) Put the LCD screen ribbon cable through the hole (Image 26) and make sure that the LCD screen is flat placed on the holder. Then use your fingers to press the LCD screen gently. After that, tighten four screws (Image 27);

Image 27 3) Refer to image 28 to stick the conductive cloth and the foam; Notice: Make sure that LCD screen and holder are well connected by the conductive cloth.

Image 28 4) Refer to image 29 to fix the pinboard;

Image 29 5) Remove the protectors from LCD screen and touch screen. Use air gun to clean top shell and LCD screen and use a dust-free cloth with alcohol to wipe blots;

Notice: Make sure that the camera is well installed (Image 32).

7) Refer to image 33 to tighten all the screws.

Change motherboard 1) Prepare a new motherboard and make sure that it is a good one; 2) Assemble the motherboard and the bottom shell; Notice: Do not press connectors under the motherboard.

Image 35 4) Refer to image 36 and 37 to install the camera; Notice: When tightening two screws, please make sure that the torque of electric screwdriver is 2.5±0.2kgf.cm.

5) Refer to image 38 to insert connectors into the corresponding slots on the motherboard;

Image 38 6) Stick foam to the places circled in red. Stick the conductive cloth to the place circled in blue. Stick acetic acid tape to the places circled in yellow (Image 39); Notice: Make sure that the rear camera and HDMI dock are well connected by the conductive cloth.

MaxiSys Elite Change battery 1) Make sure that the new battery is a good one and its specification is 15400mAh 3.7V;

Image 42 3) Prepare the battery cover. Stick the battery to the bottom cover and put the battery ribbon cable through the gap pf the bottom cover. After that, close the top cover and the bottom cover tightly (Image 43);

Change touch screen and LCD screen 1) Prepare a new top shell and a new LCD screen. Make sure that they are good ones; 2) Refer to image 45 to place the LCD screen on the holder;

4) Remove the protectors from LCD screen and touch screen. Use air gun to clean top shell and LCD screen and use a dust-free cloth with petroleum ether to wipe blots;

Image 48 5) Align the positioning hole of the LCD screen with the positioning hole of the top shell and make sure that no gust goes inside; 6) Make sure that the camera is centered on the camera hole and no dust goes inside;

Image 49 7) Refer to image 50 to tighten all the screws. Then refer to image 51 to insert the touch screen ribbon cable into the touch screen driver board.

Change motherboard 1) Prepare a new motherboard and make sure that it is a good one; 2) Refer to image 52 to assemble the motherboard and the bottom shell;

Image 52 3) Insert the battery cable (image 53) into the corresponding slot and refer to image 54 and 55 to tighten all the screws;

MS908S and MS908S Pro Change battery 1) Make sure that the new battery (image 58) is good and its specification is 11000mAh 3.7V;

Image 58 2) Place the battery on the foam, making sure that the ribbon cable is on the top left and the lower edge is aligned with the corresponding limit on the bottom shell (Image 60); Notice: If the battery foam also needs to be changed, please use 2pcs foam and place them on the inside of the bottom shell with the sticky sides upward (image 59).

Image 60 3) Put on the battery cover and put the right speaker connector through the left side of the screw post. Then tighten all the screws (refer to image 61 and 62).

Change touch screen and LCD screen 1) Use a tool (Image 63) to take out touch screen ribbon cable (Image 64), and then unscrew all the screws;

Image 64 2) Prepare a new top shell (Image 65) and a new LCD screen. Make sure that they are good ones; Notice: Make sure that there are 2pcs PC spacers in the place circled in red.

Notice: Tear off the masking tape on the LCD screen ribbon cable.

Image 69 6) Remove the protectors from LCD screen and touch screen. Use air gun to clean top shell and LCD screen and use a dust-free cloth with alcohol to wipe blots;

Image 70 7) Align the positioning hole of the LCD screen with the positioning hole of the top shell and make sure that no gust goes inside; Notice: Do not press touch screen ribbon cable, LCD screen ribbon cable and light sensor ribbon cable between top shell and LCD screen.

Change motherboard 1) Prepare a new motherboard and make sure that it is a good one; 2) Refer to image 73 to assemble the new motherboard and the bottom shell.

Notice: The three places circled in yellow is the positioning holes of the motherboard;

Change touch screen and LCD screen 1) Use a tool (Image 83) to take out touch screen ribbon cable (Image 84), and then unscrew all the screws;

Image 84 2) Assemble a new LCD with the holder (refer to image 85, 86 and 87). Please make sure that there is no scratch on the new LCD screen;

Image 87 3) Get a new top shell (Image 88) and make sure that there is no scratch on the TP screen;

Image 88 4) Remove the LCD screen protector and use air gun to clean top shell and LCD screen.

Then use a dust-free cloth with alcohol to wipe the touch screen; 5) Assemble top shell and LCD screen. Please make sure that no dust goes inside and all the screws are well screwed (Image 89).

Supplement Main touch screen issues: 1) Touch screen is out of control; In this case, please change touch screen directly.

2) Some parts of touch screen don’t work; In this case, please change touch screen directly.

3) Touch screen doesn’t work totally.

In this case, please check if the problem is still there after changing touch screen. If yes, please check a. if the corresponding interface on the motherboard is damaged; b. if the version of the system program is compatible with the new touch screen; c. if the corresponding resistors are removed; d. if the tape on the touch screen ribbon cable is torn off.

Notice: a. For 906 series, if there are R375, J11 and J12 on the motherboard, please remove them (refer to image 127 and 128).
