Thank you for your interest in Aurora First Encounters – The pleasure of wonder. This is a project designed specifically for our youngest learners, children aged 6 to 18 months , here at Aurora International School Of The Arts.
As a Reggio Emilia-inspired school, we deeply value the importance of the early years and the significant role that discovery, exploration, and relationships play in a child's development. Through this project, our youngest learners will have the opportunity to engage in gentle, wonder-filled engagements that nurture their curiosity, senses, and social-emotional growth. Importantly, parents will join their children for these enriching encounters, giving you the chance to witness our caring teachers in action and learn alongside your little one.
Whether it's investigating sensory materials, sharing songs and stories, or simply spending time in our warm and enriching environment, each experience will be thoughtfully designed to support your child's development. You'll have the opportunity to observe your child's interests and growth, and our teachers will partner with you to ensure your family feels supported every step of the way.

• Locations will be flexible based on the workshop to provide children with variable spaces to explore. Monday
• All workshops will be documented every day. Teachers will communicate with all families and share documentation through Storypark. Teachers will set up accounts and share the invitation with all families via the email addresses you provided on your child/ren’s application form.

FEE POLICY
• All fees are quoted in Vietnam Dong.
• The First Encounters project fee includes refreshments for the children and parents on the day.
• Includes internal, external workshops and field trips.
• Admission fees are not applied to join the First Encounters Project. Anyone wishing to continue into Marigold class right after finishing the First Encounters Project will get a discount on the admission fee at the time of enrolment during the school year.
◦ 30% discount on Admissions fee for children had 50 sessions with First Encounters Project
◦ 20% discount on Admissions fee for children had 30 sessions with First Encounters Project
◦ 10% discount on Admissions fee for children had 20 sessions with First Encounters Project
* Discount on Admissions fee is not applied for 5 sessions registration.
* Admissions discount valid in 90 days after the child finish First Encounters Project
◦ The First Encounters Project fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another child.
◦ Only 1 parent can come with the child to the project.
