E V E NT CE NTE R Our spacious Event Center is a wonderful space for large weddings, receptions, concerts, banquets, or special events. It features a lovely terrace and covered patio that overlook the amphitheater as well as a large, open front patio that’s perfect for cocktails and dancing.
A MPHITHE ATE R Our outdoor amphitheater has terraced lawns, a raised stage and a backdrop of gardens and vineyards. There is ample space for guests to spread out and enjoy summer weddings and concerts.

TA S TING ROOM & PATIO The Tasting Room and Patio are excellent locations for intimate weddings, family celebrations, bridal and baby showers, and corporate events for up to 60 guests. Locally handcrafted walnut tables and furniture in the Tasting Room make a stunning backdrop for your special dinners and wine tastings. The patio is surrounded by gardens, a pond and a spectacular waterfall feature.

WINE PURCHASES
P lanning
We require that all wine, beer, cider, and seltzers for your event be purchased through Aurora Vineyards. Discounts on wine are available for Wine Club members. Alcoholic beverages must be pre-purchased at least two weeks prior to the event.
CATERING In-house catering services are required when you rent the Event Venue for your wedding. We will happily work with you to create a menu that is perfect for your event.

VENUE MANAGER Our Venue Manager will work with you, your wedding coordinator and vendors to ensure all the details for your wedding venue are perfect.
EVENT STAFF Aurora Vineyards will provide one OLCC-licensed bartender to serve wine, beer, cider and seltzers for the first 100 guests at your event. If you have more than 100 guests, additional bartenders are required, and we charge $45/hour per bartender. We provide a one-time set up and take down of tables and chairs in the venue(s). Additional set-up/clean-up crews are the responsibilty of the renter.
CAPACITY The Event Center can seat up to 160 guests inside and up to another 120 guests outside on the covered and uncovered patios - for a maximum of 280 guests. All Things Wild Imagery

Details
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
Payment of 50% of the rental fee plus a refundable $500 security deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days before the event.
RENTALS Tables and chairs are included in the rental of the Event Center/Amphitheater and the Tasting Room. In the Event Center, we also provide use of two movable bars, a metal arbor/arch and six wine barrels for decoration.
TIMELINE Rental fee includes 9 hours of use of the Event Center, Amphitheater and get-ready rooms plus a 90-minute rehearsal in the venue. Use begins at start of rental time. If more time is needed, you may add hours to your rental for $250/hour.
