Actual Status: Under construction
The masterplan of Nukli 24 is developed on top of the hill, extention of existing Green Coast 1, looking at the fantastic beach and wild nature of Palasa. The complex is in harmony with modern design architecture, inspired by the tradition. The strugles and difficulties of the site, including long dis tance, non facilities etc, didn’t interfered our desire and approach to build high- quality buildings and use sustainable materials in fasade, such as stone, wood, thermal glasses etc.

This presentation describes the concept and vision of the masterplan for the development of Krorëz Park Resort, located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Albanian Riviera. The South Coast Development company aims to develop a unique destination in Albanian tourism (elite resort complex). The resort is committed to preserving and promoting the natural and particular values of Krorëz Bay: the resort will adapt to the terrain, rather than flatten it, and is designed as a hotel made up of scattered modules spread organically on the existing slope.

The Green Canyon Resort is locat ed by the Osumi River Canyons. The square is set in a hilly area and covers 2958 m2 hotel rooms and special ‘Hobbit’ suites. In an effort to combine maximum density with minimum impact is cre ated the resort architecture by turning the terrain topography into a master plan. Thus the facades of the object are generated by izohips as a natural design. The facades follow the natu ral hill line overlooking the Canyon.

Minimal volumes and aesthetically clean fasades create a sense of play with the windows, grouped every twofloors. The ground floor has a 3 m retreat with a colonade on the west fasade.

The entrance to the pedestri an facility and the entrance to the underground park ing will begin from "Vaso Pa sha" street from the East side. The ground floor and the first floor function as service and commercial areas. The rest of the property is used as a rec reational area for residents. The three underground floors serve as parking facilities as well as technical facilities. All floors above the first floor funtion as residential. All apartments are designed according to the design standards of housing legislation in force.

The entrance to the facility for pedestrians will be along the eastern facade, while the un derground parking will be from along the north-eastern facade. The ground floor functions as ser vice and commercial premises. The rest of the property is used as a recreational area for residents. Vertical communication is done through two fire-protected stair/ elevator blocks with reinforced concrete cage and 1 elevator. The three underground floors serve as parking facilities as well as the technical facilities.

A palate of earth colors and reflections. The challenge was to adapt to nature and have a minimal impact on the environment, The care full selection of exterior materials brings unity to the overall architectural composition. These materi als were chosen to be com plimentary and of modest contrast in wood, glass and water. The distinctive wood in interior coven in geometric shapes, black etalbond in exterior inter rupted by the glass volume that seems to enter the object thus benefiting in the day more natural light. Activities performed: Display of communication skills, community involment and renova tion capabilities.
Actual Status: Project completed The project in which we set up one of the YOUTH CENTERS in a neighborhood of Timisoara won the FIRST PLACE for Youth Centers Up of the Youth Gala in Romania. Working together with the community to ar range an old building , renovate it and turn it into an Urban Youth Centre, a Safe Space in the neighbor hood. We built a wooden floor, arrange old furnitures from recycled materials which we took from dona tions , cleaned and fixed the walls, painted them and together organised an opening ceremony for the public.

The hotel is situated near the city center of Tirana and need ed renovation since it was build few years ago from the ital ian architects, which you can tell easily looking at the very construction of the building. The renovation touched the fasade, restoring the old deco rative elements only, but pro viding comfort thermal with capote membrane and trav ertine cover on the first floor. The first floor is a restaurant area , which is re-conceptualised as a welcoming area, followed by a spa and wellness area on the back of the building. The second floor is organised with hotel rooms and the top floor is a lounge -bar-restaurant.
