Custom Leather Experience
Laudi Vidni was founded by two friends Laura Kofoid and Grace Tsao-Wu. The pair was tired of buying bags that weren’t quite right, rejecting both the status quo and snobbery of traditional handbag labels. As retail veterans, they were ready to rewrite the rules. The first part was easy – they sought out exquisite hand-crafting, sourced the best-quality materials and created styles and shapes that any person could take any place. The second part was a bigger deal: build a more environmentally sustainable business model that individually custom-made those bags for an affordable price so that people could get what they wanted.

A selection experience with Laudi Vidni allows your guests to create a custommade product selected from onsite samples and swatches. A truly unique and memorable experience! This collection offers up to 9 items/bundles for guests to choose from.
Guests select the leather, lining, and hardware to design their own piece. Custom piece delivers to recipients will be 6-8 weeks following event.
Laudi Vidni provides 1 sample of each selected style, and 1-2 swatch sets with over 50 leathers to choose from!
Includes fully branded microsite to enable seamless user engagement, including easy and accurate order-entry, automatic email receipts, and ongoing order follow-up and tracking. May be open as long as needed for post event ordering.

Recipients watch their premium belt is made to their exact specifications, right before their eyes!
Each experience includes a Greeter, a Belt Cutter, and a Belt Embosser. One station is capable of doing approximately 60 belts per hour Tickets are passed out at the door to ensure only qualified attendees receive a belt. Tickets include sizing instructions to help recipients determine their belt size.
Belt price range: $80-$95.00 per belt
Minimum Quantity: 39 belts
Staffing: $500 per person per day (3 staff members per station,1 day minimum)
$300 staffing fee + travel expenses

Pricing may be dependent upon minimum quantities and specific lead times for items to be ordered and delivered. Augeo reserves the right to modify pricing based on final program requirements. Pricing in this document is provided for evaluation and due diligence purposes only and should not be considered final.
Special Orders
All items contained within this proposal are special orders. Due to the custom nature of these orders, they cannot be returned for a refund. Retail sourcing fees may apply and will be addressed on a projectby-project basis.
Samples
Augeo would be happy to provide samples of specific items contained within this proposal. Samples will be charged with the final bill. Please allow up to four weeks for the samples to be delivered.
Personalization
Pricing for personalization of items (embroidery, silk screen, etching, engraving, etc.) is not included in the pricing unless otherwise noted.
Taxes and Shipping 04
All applicable inbound/outbound shipping charges and taxes will be billed at actual. All product and display shipping costs for onsite experiences will be added to the final invoice. While we strive to plan for shipping delays, some delays are out of our control. We will do our best to work through any such delays to avoid project disruptions.
Inventory
At the time of this proposal inventory has been confirmed. Once approval has been given to purchase, inventory will be secured and if unavailable every effort will be made to source from other resources, or a comparable substitute will be presented if available.
