With an extensive background in business, negotiations, and real estate, Ricky consistently ranks in the very top echelon of Santa Fe’s finest brokers. Rick y utilizes over 40 years of experience and a keen knowledge of the real estate market to represent both buyers and sellers with unparalleled expertise.

Ricky and his wife, Cathy, enjoy living on an equestrian property, along with their horses, dogs, cats, and chickens. They both have a passion for soaking up all that Santa Fe has to offer, including horseback riding, biking, swimming, skiing, and enjoying the wonderful Santa Fe restaurants. And they love to travel as often as possi ble.

Cathy developed her sales and marketing skill set with leaders in the restaurant and soft drink industries (including both Pepsi and Coca Cola). Working in hig hly competitive corporate environments taught her the importance of building effective com munications with clients and business partners in order to develop win-win solutions.

Corporate life also presented Cathy with the challenges and ben efits of cross-country moves — finding the right homes in the right neighborhoods with the righ t schools for her two daughters. She understands first-hand the stresses of the relocation proces s and has the skills to assist her clients in achieving favorable results.

TARA - Managing Partner | Associate Broker:

Tara Earley brings bi-coastal business experience as a marketing entrepreneur and corporate executive to her clients - individuals, partners, and families. She is consistently among Sotheby’s top producers specializing in luxury homes, horse properties, and land. She has a strong work ethic and a commitment to superior client service.

Having lived in Santa Fe for more than 30 years, Tara has the perspective of having been both a part-time and full-time resident of Santa Fe and she understands the nuances and the neighborhoods of both the city and the county. An avid sportswoman, Tara is a member of The Club at Las Campanas and the Santa Fe Tennis and Swim Club. As a community leader, she serves on the board of The Horse Shelter and supports multiple local non-profits.

Melanie Sandoval - RCT Director of Operations:

As a New Mexico native, Melanie is familiar with local culture. She prides herself on being diverse and able to relate to others. Melanie's journey started when she began to research and learn about the Santa Fe market during the process of up-sizing her home. While following the market for several years, she found her dream home with the help of Cathy Griffith. This experience sparked an interest and passion for real estate. She soon realized that becoming a realtor is what she really wanted to do... and what better team to join than RCT! Melanie is both a licensed realtor and an experienced Operations and Transaction Director.

Historic Eastside:

One of the most coveted neighborhoods in Santa Fe, the Historic Eastside is packed with “luxury meets timelessness” homes on respectably-sized lots. In the abundance of architectural styles that make Santa Fe the iconic “City Different,” Historic Eastside Santa Fe real estate showcases the best in classic Pueblo Revival-style houses with upgraded interiors and amenities, the occasional sleek contemporarynew-builds, Arts and Crafts-style homes with rustic exposed-wood interiors, and light-filled residences whose strong lines and nature-inspired colors meld into the gorgeous New Mexico landscape.

Tesuque:

Quintessential homes in Tesuque radiate luxury melded with old-world Adobe and Territorial Revival architectural styles. With soft lines and natural palettes, these multimillion-dollar estates exude a rustic regality that makes every day a resort experience. Modern amenities and finishes are just one allure of residential options for sale in Tesuque. Many of the area's homes are set off the road with privacy gates. In addition to single-family homes, estates, and splendid mansions, Tesuque’s real estate options include multi-family residences, with guest houses and vast plots of land.

La Tierra Nueva:

La Tierra Nueva is a gated community with homes that are sited on large, spacious acreage often with guest houses, studios and/or stables. Eldorado & Lamy:

Just fifteen miles south of Santa Fe, Eldorado is a census-designated place built around swaths of open spaces and vast trails. It features sublime natural landscapes, quick access to major transportation routes, including I-25 and US 285, and a rural, suburban feeling.

Las Campanas:

Sited on the Caja del Rio Plateau, Las Campanas showcases the perks of residing in a private gated community. Club members enjoy: two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses; Santa Fe’s premier Hacienda clubhouse; a Fitness, Tennis and Spa facility with seven synthetic clay courts, four pickle ball courts, a well-equipped fitness center and professionally staffed Spa; three restaurants; and one of the finest Equestrian facilities in the Southwest.
