EVENT TICKETING SOLUTIONS
WITH OUR COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, our depth of experience, our comprehensive suite of services and our industry-leading technologies, TicketDFW is ready to meet your ticket service needs for any event. Regardless of the size, budget or unique circumstances of your event, we’re here to help.
A TIME-TESTED SYSTEM
TicketDFW is a division of the AT&T Performing Arts Center, a nonprofit organization that manages and maintains four performance venues in the Dallas Arts District: the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House, the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre, Annette Strauss Square and Elaine D. and Charles A. Sammons Park.
The Center’s Ticket Services department not only manages all ticket sales and fulfillment for its own events but also oversees ticketing for numerous events hosted by third-party rentals.
Managing such an extensive portfolio of events has required the Center to invest heavily in infrastructure, systems and staff. And we’ve gained an impressive amount of knowledge and experience along the way.
Now the Center is offering the benefit of those investments to presenters like you. Whether you’re presenting an event at one of the Center’s venues or elsewhere in North Texas, there’s no other provider who can promise you the quality of services TicketDFW offers, at such a competitive price.
Our team has ticketed events at some of the best venues in North Texas, including:
• Winspear Opera House
• Wyly Theatre
• Strauss Square
• Moody Performance Hall
• Majestic Theatre
• Bath House Cultural Center
• Latino Cultural Center
• Meyerson Symphony Center
• Sammons Center for the Arts
• Texas Theater
• Zion Lutheran Church

PURCHASE BY PHONE
The TicketDFW Call Center is available by phone Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, including most holidays. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is ready to assist patrons with ticket purchases, provide answers to questions, and resolve any customer service issues. We are open during the weekend on performance days from 10 am- 5 pm.
BOX OFFICE

Service Fees are typically waived for in-person purchases.

TICKETING STAFF
At TicketDFW, our exceptional staff is the cornerstone of our success. Each team member undergoes thorough training before handling your phone inquiries or assisting at an in-person box office. During performances, one Manager on Duty and one Ticketing Agent will be present at each box office, unless the workload permits consolidation to one MOD or presenter declines the in-person box office for the performance.
FAST & FOOLPROOF TICKET DELIVERY
Whether purchased online, by phone or in person, we make it easy for patrons to get their tickets. In most cases, patrons can select from two delivery methods.
E-Tickets
For most patrons, the quickest and most convenient delivery method is the TicketDFW ‘e-ticket.’ When purchasing, this option is the default delivery method and patrons will receive an email containing all their tickets ready to print. In most cases, e-tickets are delivered within 10 minutes. Additionally, tickets can be accessed online at ticketdfw.com. To purchase and manage tickets, account setup is required. Once logged in, patrons can conveniently text, email or save tickets to their Apple Wallet.
TICKETS BY MAIL
Our standard procedure is to either email patron tickets or have them available for pickup at Will Call in person. However, for certain exceptions, we can mail tickets to the patron upon request. Please be aware that a $2.50 fee applies for this service charged directly to the patron.
TICKETS AT WILL CALL
When a patron opts for the “Hold at Will Call” delivery method, TicketDFW will print all tickets in advance of the event and hold for the patron at your venue’s Box Office, which TicketDFW will staff on the date of the event unless Presenter opts for no Box Office.
SECURITY
With so many options for ticket delivery, it is critical to ensure that each ticket is valid and no duplication occurs. TicketDFW has years of experience with this exact issue, and our systems are designed to ensure that we can process patron requests for exchanges, replacement of lost tickets, etc., without creating security issues.
TicketDFW can guarantee that there will never be more than one valid ticket for a reserved seat at your and assist patrons who purchased from third party brokers to find available seating. As long as ticket scanners are employed at your event to grant access, no patron will be able to enter using an invalid ticket.
We also make every effort to identify and stop sales to ticket brokers and resellers, protecting our presenters and their patrons from fraudulent sales.
ROBUST REPORTING
Automatic sales reports can be e-mailed daily or weekly, depending on your preference and needs. The basic PDF and/or Excel report contains a general summary of sold tickets, sold dollar amount, number of comp tickets and capacity.
More detailed reporting is available upon request.
COMPREHENSIVE PATRON LIST
Following the engagement’s conclusion, a list of all event ticket purchasers (including their address, phone number, and e-mail address) is available to each presenter.
WEBSITE, E-MAIL & SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYTICS
While not included as part of a basic service agreement, we can provide optional reporting on traffic to your event page. Contact us for more information.
THE TESSITURA DATABASE
Another TicketDFW strength is our membership in The Tessitura Network, a nonprofit cooperative venture comprised of more than 800 of the world’s premier arts and cultural organizations in 10 countries around the world. The primary benefit of Tessitura is its database software, which is the engine behind the TicketDFW website, Call Center and Box Office. All Tessitura members work together to continually make this database software a more powerful tool.
BUILT-IN PROMOTIONAL ASSISTANCE
TicketDFW is eager to promote your event as part of our exciting programming lineup. In most cases, we are able to help you in the following ways:
ON THE WEBSITE
Every TicketDFW event gets a homepage on ticketdfw.com. The event page provides a place for a wide range of content to describe your event and get patrons excited:
• event descriptions
• photo, video and audio galleries
• downloadable content (such as posters, educational materials, etc.)
• external links (to artist websites, merchandise stores, etc.)
If you choose, we will also provide a page on the website to describe and promote your organization. This page can be linked to any event pages you’ve created. We can also set up shortcut URLs for use in your marketing materials (such as “TicketDFW.com/YourEventName”), so the patron can jump straight from your ad to the event page.
PROMOCODES
For a low add-on fee, we can generate promo codes per event so patrons can access special presales, discounts or other offers. These promo codes may be used when purchasing online, by phone or in person. Reports for tracking the promotions are available by request at no additional charge.
EMAIL MARKETING
Ticketing with TicketDFW includes a valuable perk: a targeted and engaging announcement email sent every other week to our patrons. These emails showcase vibrant event descriptions, captivating images, and timely on-sale information, ensuring you stay up-to-date with all the exciting events happening in our venue.
MARKETING SERVICES
The AT&T Performing Arts Center has built a robust in-house Marketing Department to help promote its own portfolio of shows and series, complete with experts in marketing strategy, media planning, public relations and creative services. The staff boasts a wealth of expertise and experience in event marketing, across all advertising and promotional media. As a service of TicketDFW, the Center’s Marketing Department is now available to help presenters like you. If you need help spreading the word about your event, TicketDFW is here to help. Ask us about adding marketing consulting services to your service agreement.
OUTDOOR ADVERTISING
For events located in the Dallas Arts District, we’re thrilled to offer access to the Center’s digital marquees: high-resolution screens overlooking Woodall Rodgers Freeway and Ross Avenue. Your event listing will be prominently displayed in a rotating slideshow, providing valuable exposure to a wide audience. The rotation is also displayed in pedestrian-oriented digital signs on Flora Street and in video monitors throughout the Center’s venues. Please note that this marketing upgrade is available for a fee.
For all marketing materials and promotions placed in TicketDFW and the Center’s media outlets, please be advised that all artwork and verbiage are subject to final approval by TicketDFW. In addition, presale dates and on-sale dates must be approved in advance by TicketDFW. Other limitations and exceptions may apply. Please contact us for full details.
