My name is Ana Torres, and I am a dedicated interior design student currently pursuing my education in interior design at Oklahoma State University, a CIDA-accredited university in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

From a young age, I've always been captivated by the power of design to transform environments and evoke emotions. My father was skilled in carpentry and I could alway find him in our home garage working on his newest project. Later, my mother joined and they became their own dream contractors & designers for their down-sized home. My olde sister and brother-in-law founded Gaytan Contracting, LLC, an Oklahoma City-based contracting business, and witnessing their respective journeys through design compelled m to do the same.

In my studies, I prioritize collaboration and draw inspiration from various sources, aiming to understand the needs and preferences of the end-users. Proficient in industry-standard software such as Autodesk programs, SketchUp, Adobe suite, and more, I aim to effectively communicate my ideas through sketches, renderings, and presentations.

Beyond academics, I actively seek opportunities to stay updated with new trends and technologies, integrating innovative solutions while respecting traditional design principles With a strong work ethic and collaborative spirit, I'm committed to bringing creativity and practicality to every project.
