Single concrete filled kerb
Stainless steel kerbs provide a strong, aesthetically pleasing and hygienic base for panel walling systems. Various types of profile can be formed to suit the flooring finish. Single kerbs made to suit and fully welded on site to provide a seamless wall protection system. The back plate can be made from galvanised steel if the rear is not seen to keep costs down.
Double sided concrete filled kerb
Double sided kerbs in stainless, made to suit, fully welded on site to ensure suitability for hygienic environments. The kerbs are fixed to the floor surface and are concrete filled to form a solid structure.
Clip
on kerb
Stainless clip on non-concrete filled normally used on existing floors and can be adjusted to fit the fall of the floor. The kerb is custom-made to create a suitable coving joint to the floor. Kerbing is fully welded to ensure suitability for hygienic environments.
Gully
Stainless steel drain channels provide cleanable seamless drainage. Anti-slip gullies are 145mm wide with standard pedestrian gratings ideal for kitchens and light use made to your requirements, lengths and depths.
Various gratings are available, heavy duty for fork lift truck areas, medium duty for general areas.

Gully pot –side exit
Side exit gully pot to adjoin onto existing waste pipe. Outlets can be horizontal or vertical to suit your drainage systems.
Gully pot cover plate
Heavy duty plate made in 10mm stainless steel to cover gullies for forklifts or any other heavy duty use.

HVAC pipework
316 stainless steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless and heat-resisting steel with superior corrosion resistance as compared to other chromium-nickel steels when exposed to many types of chemical corrodents such as sea water.
Purged pipework
In the pipework industry there are many types of material that need to be welded including Stainless Steel, Chrome and Titanium. One of the most important factors a welder is faced with would be purging the inside of the pipe. The purpose of purging is to ensure no atmospheric air enters the pipe system; this will cause the molten weld material to instantly oxidize resulting in numerous problems such as root porosity, incomplete fusion and changes in the weld metal.

Mild steel handrail
Utilizing SolidWorks, we have undertaken the task of developing a square-toround duct in stainless steel. This intricate process involves transforming a square crosssection into a seamlessly integrated cylindrical form, showcasing our proficiency in design and engineering. Handrail made in mild steel and hot dipped in galvanised zinc to stop corrosion. We can either make with Key clamp fittings or it can be welded. Our handrail is made to meet all regulations, and made to any requirements.
Racks
Stainless steel racks made from 304 box section and profiled angle. All made to suit buyers requirements. Castors are phenolic and are suitable for high temperatures, the carriages are also in stainless. The trays made to go in the rack are stainless steel mesh, perforated trays or solid trays.
