Dr. Contessa Metcalfe was born and raised in Kansas City, Mo. Dr. Contessa Metcalfe attended Xavier University where she earned her undergraduate degree. She then attended Saint Louis University School of Medicine, and residency at the National Naval Medical Center and Meharry Medical College. She focuses on preventive, occupational and integrative medicine and addiction therapy.

After graduating from St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Metcalfe answered her call to patriotism and decided to join the Navy. The Navy taught her to fly and allowed her to travel the world as a flight surgeon. She completed her Residency Training at the National Naval Medical Center and Meharry Medical College and owns Chastain Integrative Medicine, located in the Buckhead region of Atlanta where she specializes in medical aesthetics, preventive, occupational and addiction medicine. She is also co-owner of Haute’ Doc Nutraceuticals, a supplier of high-quality vitamins and supplements.

In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Dr. Metcalfe also works as a pharmacovigilance physician for a major pharmaceutical company. When not on the clock, she enjoys volunteering, writing, riding motorcycles, traveling and spending quality time with her family – husband Dr. Walter Scott Metcalfe and their three children, Lauren (13), Landon (12) and Laila (8). Dr. Metcalfe has been an official cast member to Bravo TV’s Married to Medicine co- starring with her husband Dr. Walter Scott Metcalfe.

Dr. Walter Scott Metcalfe

Dr. W. Scott Metcalfe is a family practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1993 and in 1999 obtained his Medical Doctorate from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He completed his Residency Training at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Flint, Michigan. After residency, Dr. Metcalfe joined Browning Claytor Family Health Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and pursued a lifelong dream of delivering medical care to the underinsured community.

In 2006, Dr. Metcalfe relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and began to carve his niche in preventive medicine and primary care. Dr. Metcalfe has been married to Dr. Contessa Metcalf for 17 years and they have three children. Together the couple co-star on Bravo’s TV reality show Married to Medicine.

Dr. Brian Yee, PT, DPT is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).

A graduate of Northwestern University in physical therapy, Brian completed post-graduate physical therapy training at the University of Queensland in Australia and obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Evidence in Motion Institute. He serves as Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Mercer University Physical Therapy. Brian is the owner of Motion Stability Physical Therapy, a private physical therapy practice in metro Atlanta

Brian has been published in the Medical Journal Spine, and was a contributor in the rehabilitation textbooks Orthopedic Clinical Rehabilitation Advisor (2010) and Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction: The Trigger Point Manual (2018). Brian has also published his own book in 2022 titled (Un)Resolved: Harnessing Your Movement Story to End Chronic Pain to inspire others to take ownership of their body and of their pain, and to reassure them that there is a more comprehensive solution to pain than a test, diagnosis or intervention.

Originally from southern California, Brian now makes his life in Atlanta, Georgia, where he and his wife, Eileen, have three children and Brian owns his private practice, Motion Stability Physical Therapy with two clinic locations in Buckhead and Peachtree Corners.
