Structure: Overall structure is heavy with the plant tower unit girders being 450 mm. This is despite the competition using 350 mm girders for tower legs.



It’s advantage: It helps to give more stability to the machine in long run. The equipment is heavy in any weather conditions. The machine life will be more even after several re-installations.



Drying drum: We all know is one of the most important component of an asphalt batch plant. Our drum is thoroughly cladded with cera wool and then coated with stainless steel sheet to give it an aesthetic look



It’s advantage: It helps retain heat in the drum. Due to use of highly efficient cera wool less heat will escape the drum unit. It will help improve fuel efficiency. Help heat the aggregates effectively. The equipment will look fresh and new even after many years.



Burner unit: Burner plays an important role in the performance. The better the burner the lower the fuel consumption and higher the thermal efficiency. We have made sure to get thee burner section right.



It’s advantage: Its performance is unmatched with higher thermal efficiency and low fuel consumption. Better safety features, safety interlocks to ensure zero accidents. Unmatched performance years after year.



Thermic hot oil heater: One of the key components where heating takes place. Here the fuel consumption and heating efficiency matters as the oil is heated to indirectly heat the bitumen.

We use a “3 pass heater” for fast heating and with consumption of less fuel.



It’s advantage: Since the heater supplied with our machine is 3 pass its heating efficiency is more and fuel consumption is low. The coils used are of reputed make resulting in better life of all components. Less waiting time required to heat the bitumen tanks. Furnace oil can also be used which is a special option not given by many manufacturers of asphalt plants.



Sand blasting: All components that we manufacture are sand blasted prior to paint. This is a practice which is not followed by most of the other manufacturers. Yes it increases the machine cost but it has a distinct advantage.



It’s advantage: It will remove corrosion from the raw material prior to paint. It will easily give excellent paint finish. Paint will last longer and does not peel off easily. PU paint is used for better and durable paint.



Bag filter: Elliptical shaped bags and capsule type cages provide highest filtration area here.

We use 550 gsm virgin material for best result.



It’s advantage: Highest filtration area possible due to oval bags. Best material used in the bags that give maximum cleaning efficiency. Possible to adhere to stringent environment norms.

Longer bags ensure more savings to customers as bags don’t need to be changed often. 

Skid foundation: Skid mounted design is one of the key highlights. It is a standard arrangement provided by Atlas.



It’s advantage: It helps lower civil work costs. Less civil work is required. Installation and reinstallation is easy as we don’t have to cut the foundation bolts and use new. It saves a lot of time during re-commissioning.



Pug mill mixer gear: We use Brevini make gear box, it is imported from Italy. Other manufacturers use local Indian gear box which is quite cheaper.



It’s advantage: It performs sturdily even after years. Maintenance free operation is possible even after tons of production from the mixer. Long life of pugmill components, low cost of operation and low mixer maintenance.



Drying drum gear: Drying drum gear box is sourced from PBL. We use F series gear box where are other local manufacturers are using M series of gear box. The performance of F series is much superior compared to M series.



It’s advantage: F series gear box provide seamless and trouble free performance even after several tons of production. Maintenance is lowest with F series gear box.



The total price difference is huge when we calculate the savings done by other manufacturers by compromising on above points. But in the longer run it will hurt the customer badly.
