She says, “We have great leaders and a great facility, but we need to widen our reach. Decoys are a waning art. Folk art in general needs to be brought to a wider audience.” Kneisley is working with such partners as Havre de Grace High School and Harford Glen on innovative programming that will target a younger audience.
