Jeffrey holds a B.A. in urban planning from Hunter College in New York City, where he cultivated his love of historic architecture and considerable architectural knowledge with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. Following his tenure with Landmarks, Jeffrey earned his J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, with a concentration in Land Use and Environmental Law and Property Law, including residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Although he has lived in many Atlanta neighborhoods over the last two decades, Jeffrey currently makes his home in Atlanta's vibrant Midtown community where he volunteers weekly with Crossroads to deliver mail and IDs to the unhoused. Jeffrey also serves on the Executive Board of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation's Hay House museum.
Over his real estate career, Jeffrey has brokered transactions from sunny Florida to the mountains of western North Carolina. Wherever the location, Jeffrey always leverages his considerable knowledge of local real estate markets, strong community ties and well-honed negotiation skills to deliver a level of service, professionalism and results in excess of his clients' expectations. In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys travel and daily exercise.
