Tai Chi for health, developed by Dr. Paul Lam, is a slow, gentle form that is designed to help improve balance and many other aspects of health. It is unlike many other forms of Tai Chi in that it is a low impact activity, it is perfect for anyone who wants to keep moving. Everyone can do this form of Tai Chi. It can be done standing, seated, or even lying down. No previous experience is necessary to enjoy and benefit from these sessions. Mike Gibson will explore how topiary can be the catalyst to bringing more peace in your life and your garden. Self-taught Topiary Artist Mike “Gibby-Siz” Gibson from Youngstown, Ohio creates imaginative, whimsical sculptures out of ordinary bushes that help beautify any space. He was recently seen on HGTV’s reality tv show Clipped, and is currently the Topiary-Artist-in-Residence at the famed Pearl Fryar Topiary Garden.
