East Cobb author and retired guidance counselor Rosemarie Perry partnered with Wheeler High School alumna and illustrator, Heather Lowrie, to bring children’s book, “My Dog, Me” to life. The group has administered over 20,000 vision screenings, which included checking for astigmatisms and other issues, at 51 elementary schools.
