first world problems

G S

sat 3 may 8pm

Based on the award winning picture book by Julia Donaldson and Lydia Monks.

Currently in the middle of a hugely successful marathon 180 date tour, Jason Manford has announced an extra 22 shows to his First World Problems tour, due to overwhelming demand for tickets. The tour has taken him to all corners of the British Isles since May last year.

Two crafty robbers, one tiny ladybird, and a whole farmyard of fun! Hefty Hugh and Lanky Len have a cunning plan to steal the farmer’s fine prize cow. But they reckon without the tiniest, quietest creature of all: The Ladybird has a plan of her own! With live music, puppetry, plenty of audience participation and lots of laughs!

His likeable charm and teasing, intelligent wit has won him an army of fans since he shot to stardom on TV as team Captain on Channel 4’s 8 Out of 10 Cats in 2007. Jason’s charismatic style strikes up a natural rapport with his audiences and generates rare warmth on stage. He cleverly lays on his own warm-up for each show and encourages audience participation which leads to hilarious exchanges, with fans providing their own First World Problems.
