Welcome Set within the Piccadilly Theatre, the Ambassador Lounge Exclusive is the newly transformed backstage suite available for private hire.

Be it an anniversary, birthday, business event, or a group party, we will make it a visit to remember. Our service is tailored to your requirements and our dedicated team will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Room You will be able to enjoy the luxury of the Ambassador Lounge Exclusive for one and a half hours prior to the show, and during the interval, where your drinks will be waiting for you.

A dedicated host will also be on hand to escort you to your seats, to ensure you don’t miss a moment of the show.

Our newly transformed backstage area is equipped with your own private bar and washroom. To make your event extra special we can decorate the room to suit you, and we can play your own soundtrack or playlist.

The Drinks Whether you want to pre-select your drinks, or allow your party the choice of our fully stocked bar, we have something to suit you.

Our menu features carefully selected Champagnes to start your night with a fizz; or you can select from our excellent range of wines, premium spirits, refreshing beers, and handcrafted cocktails.

Your host will have your drinks ready and waiting for you when you return for the interval, and organise anything you might want to take back in to the show.

The Food To compliment our extensive drinks menu, we have a range of food options available.

Our canapé menus offer bite-sized snacks and desserts, served whilst your guests enjoy their drinks. With three savoury and three sweet menus to choose from you’ll find something to suit your guests.

For something more substantial, our light bites menu is full of Mediterranean delights, from tomato and mozzarella bruschetta, to ginger and lemon chicken skewers. And for something sweet, your guests can indulge in our mini fruit filled tarts during the interval.

Alternatively, if you’re visiting us for a matinee, why not indulge in a traditional afternoon tea? The buttery scones and wide selection of teas are a perfect treat, especially if you top it off with a glass of Champagne.

The Finishing touches For whatever occasion brings you to the Ambassador Lounge Exclusive, we know that there will be those finishing touches that make a good night a great night.

Be sure to speak to our team at the time of booking if there is a special detail we can add, or for suggestions on what might work well. We’ll help you to create that red carpet experience and ensure you and your guests feel like our VIP’s.

The Tariff The Food Room Hire Starting at £100 per event, the room hire fee is subject to group size. Please contact a member of the team for details of your event.
