601 A CHINESE YIXING TEAPOT AND COVER AND A SET OF FOUR CUPS 20TH CENTURY The teapot’s compressed body incised with an inscription to one side and decorated with prunus to the other, each of the cups with calligraphy, the spout, knop and handles formed as tree branches, 19.8cm. (6)

Brightly painted with buildings and trees in a mountainous landscape, with a solitary figure carrying wood in the distance, the exterior decorated with peony flowerheads amidst stylised foliage, the underside glazed turquoise, together with a wood stand, 28.3cm. (2)

603 A CHINESE YIXING BRUSH REST QING DYNASTY OR LATER Formed as a chestnut, a lychee, a date and a peanut raised on a shaped base, with a band of key fret incised around the edge, the underside impressed with two seal marks reading Chen Ming Yuan, 8.6cm.

604 TWO CHINESE YIXING TEAPOTS AND COVERS LATE QING DYNASTY/REPUBLIC PERIOD One decorated with applied nuts and seeds to the body, the knop formed as a mushroom, the cover and base with a two character seal mark reading shi jiang, the other painted with flowers, fruit and butterflies in colourful enamels, a four character mark to the base which reads huai de qing li, 18.5cm. (4)
