DESIGNER GOALS:

To have an innovative design by creating a modern and productive workspace.

Shape and then reshape the work environment with ease using transparent dividers to have an open space while achieving the privacy needed for each section

Despite the retro design, a modern design is all about the flow between different sections while still having its own designated space. Use of materials with high recycled content, high-cycle furniture, and emphasis on making the most of sunlight to lower energy use.

22 Gesher cres project

22 Gesher project, the theme focuses on the sophisticated use of blue in the living room and dining area, tailored to the couple's preferences.

Living Room: The space features a deep blue velvet sofa set against light wooden floors, creating a striking contrast. A large blue abstract painting is a focal point, complemented by marble wall accents and a modern fireplace, enhancing the room's elegance. Gold accents and a glass coffee table add a touch of luxury.

Dining Room: The continuity of blue is evident with a bold blue dining table surrounded by navy chairs, mirroring the living room's plush textures. A dramatic marble backdrop and styled shelved alcoves add personality and sophistication. Natural light from large windows illuminates the rich textures, connecting the spaces with a tranquil vibe.

This design effectively uses blue to create a cohesive and serene environment, fulfilling the couple's desire for a harmonized interior.

SERENITY SANCTUARY (RESIDENTIAL)

This two-story home has been designed with a focus on accessibility, inspired by the natural surroundings, to suit a lively and adventurous family who enjoys spending time outdoors. The house combines modern and organic elements to reflect the tranquillity of nature indoors. Throughout the home, natural colours and materials have been used, and large windows have been strategically placed to enhance openness and connectivity with the outside. Additionally, the strategic placement of plants throughout the home contributes to a nature-inspired ambiance.

The house's interior walls are painted in neutral tones, providing a backdrop for vibrant colours introduced through the furnishings. The flooring has tree-like veins and knots, which adds to the overall natural feel of the house. The design of the house aims to create a calming, friendly, and inviting environment, helping the family to feel reconnected with the world and at ease. This sanctuary provides a space for relaxation and recharging, embodying a sense of connection and ecstatic immersion in nature.

TWO STOREY VILLA

This interior design project elegantly combines modern style with practicality, highlighting three key areas:

1. Living Area: Features an open plan with large windows, minimalist tan leather furniture, and a striking fireplace accented by artistic golden sculptures.

2. Kitchen: A modern, white kitchen with marble countertops and gold accents centred around a stylish island with a circular pendant light

3. Indoor Garden and Staircase: Connects indoor and outdoor spaces with a tranquil indoor garden beside a floating staircase, enhanced by a unique, organically shaped mirror.

Each space is designed for beauty and functionality, embodying a luxurious, contemporary home.

LANDSCAPING PROJECT

For this project, the clients expressed their desire to interlock the area to have more space and remove the pond in the middle of their outdoor area, as it was difficult to clean every season. To address this, I suggested replacing the pond with a small garden. We moved the plants from the middle of the area to next to the fences, as there was 700mm space between the fences and the trees.

These three samples of my projects with “Gioia” Decorative Wall Paint, an exquisite choice for creating luxurious and visually captivating interiors. This paint line is renowned for its luminous quality and the depth it adds to walls through its unique texture and shimmering finishes. The finished walls are not only stunning but also durable and easy to maintain, ensuring that the beauty of the space endures. This choice demonstrates a commitment to both aesthetic excellence and functional longevity, making it a highlight of my job.

For a residential project, I had the opportunity to create Petra Spaccata wall design that beautifully complements the modern aesthetic of the home. Petra Spaccata, known for its deep, natural fissures and textured surface, offers a dynamic and organic feel to any space. This design technique involves skillful application to achieve the look of natural stone with the added benefits of durability and ease of maintenance. I chose a subtle, earthy palette to enhance the serene and inviting atmosphere of the residence. This particular wall design not only serves as a focal point but also harmonizes with the elegant simplicity of the home's overall decor. The result is a timeless and sophisticated feature that elevates the living space while reflecting the homeowners' refined taste.

Pietra Zen wall texture design mimics natural stone aesthetics, offering a sophisticated and minimalist look suitable for diverse interior styles. This design is durable, low-maintenance, and cost-effective, providing the elegance of stone without the high price or upkeep. It is ideal for hightraffic areas, resistant to mold and mildew, and enhances any space with its timeless appeal.

THE WOMAN LIFE FREEDOM CENTRE IS INTENDED TO ALLOW IRANIAN WOMEN TO GAIN INSIGHT INTO THEIR STRENGTHS AND ABILITIES, FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THEIR NEW SURROUNDINGS AS IMMIGRANTS, ENGAGE IN COLLABORATIVE ACTIVITIES WITH OTHER WOMEN AND THEIR NEIGHBOURS, AND LEARN ABOUT HOW THEY CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. ADDITIONALLY, THE CENTRE WILL OFFER MOTIVATIONAL LECTURES AND GATHERINGS WHERE THEY CAN HEAR ABOUT OTHER WOMEN'S EXPERIENCES. THE CENTRE IS DESIGNED TO BE A HAVEN, PROVIDING PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SECURITY THROUGH PROFESSIONAL HELP. THE CENTRE WILL OFFER VARIOUS SERVICES, INCLUDING LEGAL ASSISTANCE, PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELLING, AND ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELL-BEING. A GATHERING AND MEETING CAFÉ WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DISCUSSIONS ON EMPOWERMENT, IRANIAN EVENTS, AND WORKSHOPS, AS WELL AS SELLING SHOWROOMS TO HELP WOMEN IMPROVE THEIR SKILLS AND SELL THEIR CREATIONS A FASHION SHOWROOM WILL ALSO ALLOW WOMEN TO CREATE AND DESIGN CLOTHING THAT MAKES THEM FEEL CONFIDENT AND STYLISH.
