The district is skirted by Carrer de Paiva. At the right of the district, the axis offers a public space of more than 80 meters, occupied by numerous soft links and planted plantations. It accompanies the waterfront from the industrial port in the South to the end of the city, 4 km further north. Throughout its length, this development of a rare thickness, is a place of life privileged for the tourists and the inhabitants of Valencia. The Cabanyal district is more than one kilometer from the waterfront. The first building row is the only one to have been restored in its entirety.

El barrio está bordeado por el Carrer de Paiva. A la derecha del barrio, el eje ofrece un espacio público de más de 80 metros, ocupado por numerosos enlaces blandos y plantaciones arbóreas. Acompaña la línea de costa desde el puerto industrial en el sur hasta el final de la ciudad, 4 km más al norte. A lo largo de su extensión, este desarrollo de un grosor raro, es un lugar de vida privilegiado para los turistas y los habitantes de Valencia. El barrio de El Cabanyal está a más de un kilómetro del paseo marítimo. La primera hilera de edificios es la única que se ha restaurado en su totalidad.
