Hi! I’m Ananda Narindra Putra or just Nara for short. I’ve recently graduated from Architecture Study Program of the Technical Faculty in Mercu Buana University.
The architecture world always interest me since the later years of my Senior High. Highly appreciate Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Nieuwe Stijl, Amsterdam School, Bauhaus, and Brutalist style because of their unique beauty that words can’t describe.

Permukaan site dibuat seminim mungkin perkerasan dan bangunan dibuat panggung namun dalam bentuk yang lebih kontemporer sehingga mempertahankan area hijau yang ada didalam site Sirkulasi kendaraan akan langsung dinaikan ke parkiran atas tanah sehingga penggunaan permukaan site dapat lebih diperuntukan bagi pedestrian
Restauran, Auditorium dan Convenience Store diletakan disisi dekat Jalan Aselih agar “menjual” dan terlihat serta mudah dikunjungi pengunjung dari luar site
Pada bangunan akan dibuatkan watercollecting pond dan mini-park agar air yang terkumpul dapat digunakan untuk perawatan landscape, air toilet, dsb Sehingga mengurangi penggunaan air tanah Pada beberapa bagian bangunan akan dipasang wind-turbine dan solarpanel agar penggunaan listrik tidak hanya bergantung pada PLN

Sebagai pendekatan dari desainnya, Homestay yang terdapat didalam perancangan Taman Budaya Sleman ini mengambil pendekatan kontemporer dari Joglo yang sesuai dengan fungsi dan relevansi dengan lokasi site serta massanya Penggunaan bahan modern seperti kaca dan baja memungkinkan bagian “Dalem “dari Joglo memiliki interpretasi baru dalam pengalaman spasial Banyaknya bukaan kaca dan pintu-pintu sliding memungkinkan hubungan atara interior dan eksterior yang lebih intim dengan menyerap pemandangan pegunungan dan persawahan disekitarnya namun dengan privasi yang tetap terjaga
Material genteng tanah liat yang umumnya digunakan pada Joglo digantikan dengan material sirap atau tegala agar menghasilkan siluette bangunan yang lebih kontemporer. Meskipun material yang digunakan memberikan citra modern, namun seluruh program ruang tetap mengikuti prinsip-prinsip rumah Joglo agar tetap mempertahankan esensi “Joglo” tersebut

Bukit Duri is a densely populated neighborhood in South Jakarta But this development were not followed with the needs for public open spaces. This matter is completely the opposite when before the 1980s there were many open spaces available for the people of Bukit Duri to do their daily activities.
An abandoned building once housed the central building for the housing complex for the workers of The Netherlands India Railway Company (later PJKA) located between the neighborhoods of Bukit Duri and Bidara Tjina hoped to create a new “Third Place” for the people of both neighborhoods. With these potentials, this building could facilitate these activities and that the building could get it soul back according to the context of todays neighborhood and culture, becoming a place to “bersua” or “to gather” for the people and “bukit” or “hill” as its local context and as a representation of a safe sanctuary from floods making “Suadibukit” a place that accompanies the people during happy and sorrowful moments.
