Charactecriezed by the classical Indochina roofs and artificial water pond located in the middle of the traffic island, creating a typical area’s traffic point.

Located in the oldest core area of Saigon with many cultural and historical values to the image of the city.

A complex intersection key of area traffic, connected to the other narrow single track roads, bring to a difficulties of designing for people and vihicles.

SITE ANALYSIS OVERVIEW OF THE DESGINING AREA The current analysis site is in Ward 6, district Go Vap, HCM Ct. Area: 32.92 ha The North borders with Ward 6 The south borders ward 5 The east is bordered by the Vam Thuat River The west borders ward 17 The park is a special site for the district and the city. Overall the untouched space hasn’t been optimized, with outdated embankment methods and inefficient use of space due to the separation between water space and people activities.
