2/3 cup milk

2/3 cup flour, sifted

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

½ tsp kosher salt

2 Tbsp unsalted butter

1/3 cup Dalmatia Strawberry Spread

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Inablenderorfoodprocessoraddtheeggs,milk,flour,sugar,lemonzest,vanilla,andsalt.Blendwelluntilallingredientsare combined(about30seconds).Thebatterwillbethin.

Heatanoven-proofskillettomed-highheat.Addthebutterandswirlaround,coatingthepanwhilethebuttermelts.Oncethe butterismeltedandbubbling,carefullyaddthebattertotheskillet.Placetheskilletintheovenandbakeforapproximately 15-20minutes,oruntilthedutchbabyispuffedandlightlybrownaroundtheedges.
