Hailing from the fertile Mediterranean to the highlands of Peru, ancient grains are one of the food industry’s top trends. Favored for their numerous health benefits, substitute traditional rice or pasta with Italian Organic Farro, Israeli Toasted Couscous or Peruvian Organic Red and White Quinoa.

USAGE:

Make a fresh Mediterranean salad with quinoa tossed with diced asparagus, scallions and sun-dried tomatoes. Add pitted Calamata olives and feta cheese. Drizzle with a red pepper infused olive oil.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
