HCL Expressions is one of its kind toastmasters club at hcl. This is very unique club the reason that this is business unit specific, members of codc is entitled to part of this club. We are privileged that our management is putting so much of effort in developing communication across our BU and we would like to take this moment to thank them for setting up such a fantastic platform for us to groom as a good communicatior and as a leader. This club was started in 30th Oct,2013 with very hand full of people, as codc this club had also gone through ups and downs and scaling-up from base membership from 20 to 40 at times. One thing unique about HCL expressions is very bubbly and vibrant, it attracts people who join us as guest right on the very first day and keeps them coming back to TM meeting to learn together how to communicate effectively across organization to beat client peer communicating, Bu all hands meeting or tech event with ease and confidence. Recent example we have seen through are BU all hand meeting, Quiz and even the current CODC20 event organizing team comprises of by people part of Toastmasters. Recently the club crossed its 175th milestone meeting and very soon, to conduct their 200th milestone meeting we are planning it on a bigger scale.
