Responsibilities
I. BIM Coordinator
Providing BIM production support to project teams, setup and configuration of the Common Data Environment (CDE-BIM 360 & ACC). Deciding project folder structure, Model Segregation and model naming strategy for all the disciplines from BEP or from BIM & CAD Manual.
Setup and maintenance of BIM 360, Revit , NavisWorks, Model Coordination and Design Collaboration, help model interface management, drawing and schedule development, data Integration Creating the BIM models as per the design and drafted the detailed design accordingly.

Developing BIM workflows for the project stakeholders and subcontractors Responsible for Solving the issues in the model, Extracting the schedules and material take off from the model, Performing quality check for the model and the sheets.
Preparation of Model exports NWC, IFC, eTrasmit files for weekly submission and to prepare the model reports for the submission. Identify and document clashes between different discipline models using clash detection software, BIM360, ACC.
Released drawings in all the stages (Preliminary Design, Detail Design, Construction Drawing, GFC).
Creating Tender Stage BIM Models for extracting the BOQ, better understanding of design process and checking the quantity with the Costing team for value engineering.
