Roads Seminar covers pavement assessment, road solutions The County Judges’ Association of Arkansas (CJAA) hosted its Roads Seminar Oct. 24-26, 2017, at Lake DeGray Resort State Park in Bismarck (Clark County). Topics included assessing and repairing pavement, applying for funding through the Unpaved Roads Program, and more.
