As part of an effective primary health care strategy, the Saskatchewan Health Authority actively seeks opportunities to better organize services and resources to deliver more reliable and consistent team-based care as close to home as possible, including walk-in clinics.

Affected Land: The proposed request will remove the declaration of Hamlet for Horizon located NW 31 06 24 W2. Reason: The Council of the Rural Municipality of Bengough No. 40 does not wish to see any of its ratepayers unfairly taxed and believes that is currently happening. The Rural Municipality of Bengough No. 40 does not provide services, other than regular road maintenance services, to Horizon and therefore believe the intent of the change to the Act has provided an adverse and undue consequence to property within Horizon.
