Presentation for the British Computer Society (BCS) on the 15th of November 2016 . This was a joint event for the BCS Business Change Specialist Group and BCS Agile Methods Specialist Group.
Synopsis
All too often when we have people working in groups, we find some groups work well, and others not so well. We may be able to clearly say why that is some of the time. However, we find this is not always the case. The reason for this, often individuals within the groups may not have the necessary vocabulary or understanding to say, what it is and what is not working. Good old common sense gets you some of the way. Common sense is unlikely to enable you to be to be able to consciously say what a High Performing Agile Team or Group looks like.
