Integrated salary sacrifice ChildcareVouchersPlus™ Childcare vouchers are a government supported initiative designed to help employees pay for registered childcare such as nurseries, registered nannies and childminders. By reducing their salary in exchange for childcare vouchers, employees pay less tax and NI, therefore making a saving of up to £933 per year (based on a lower rate tax payer). As an employer, you make a saving which exceeds our administration fee, so the whole process makes a positive impact on your budget.

Easy transition We are experienced in transferring schemes from all major childcare voucher providers. We have the tools and processes to make it easy for payroll teams and employees.

Delivering higher engagement If we can increase your childcare vouchers take-up by just 50 parents, an extra £11,372 in employers’ NI savings is generated for you even after you have paid an average of 6% in administration fees.
