PADDLE CAMP

Prerequisite: Must be at least 12 years old.

Campers will participate in the following activities: rowing, canoeing, stand up paddling, plus a kayak trip on the Lower American River. Camp also includes a white water raft trip on the Upper American River.

Day 1 Kayaking Flat water, introduction to river boats, and canoe handling

Day 2 Olympic Rowing on Lake Natoma

Day 3 Kayaking on the Lower American River

Day 4 White Water Rafting the South Fork of the American River and SUP Day 5 Field trip in morning; boating safety adventure race in afternoon

Ages: 13-17
