RACE KIT COLLECTION GUIDELINES

Visit your preferred collection venue and present the required documents

Go to your selected race kit collection venue on the scheduled collection date

For self-collection: Provide your payment confirmation email and a valid government-issued ID (e g , driver’s license, or passport)

For authorized representative collection: Present the payment confirmation email, a printed copy of the registered runner ’ s government-issued ID, and a signed letter of authorization

Identity and record verification

The staff will verify that the registered name matches the provided documents.

Once verified, you will receive your race kit.

STEP 3

Collect your race bib, timing chip, official race shirt, and other entitlements included in your kit.

Race Kit Collection Guidelines

PERSONAL COLLECTION (BY THE REGISTERED RUNNER):

The registered name must strictly match the runner ’ s name in the event records

The runner must present the official payment confirmation email together with a valid government-issued identification card (e.g., national ID, driver’s license, or passport).

AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE COLLECTION (ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED RUNNER):

The authorized representative must present the official payment confirmation email

A printed copy of the registered runner ’ s valid government-issued identification card (e g , driver’s license or passport) must be submitted.

A duly signed letter of authorization from the registered runner must also be presented.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

The registered name must correspond exactly with the name of the runner as indicated during registration

Distribution of race kits (including shirts and race bibs) will be strictly limited to the official collection schedule. No distribution of race kits will be accommodated on race day.

INFORMATION VERIFICATION AND CORRECTION POLICY

Information Verification

Upon receiving your race shirt and race bib, please carefully verify the accuracy of your personal information (including name, gender, and emergency contact).These details directly affect official rankings and prize eligibility.

Reporting of Errors

a If you find any discrepancies between your provided registration information and the event records, you must immediately notify the event team.

b. Corrections will only be accommodated until 3:00 PM on October 17, 2025. After this deadline, no further changes will be permitted

c Please note that if the competition results reflect an incorrect category or gender, the runner will be deemed ineligible for prizes and the official ranking will not be amended

Non-Acceptable Requests

The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse requests for the following:

d Substitution of a registered competitor

e Change of race distance

f Change of starting block assignment

g. Exchange of shirt (except in cases where the shirt issued does not match the registered size or specification)

Note: Children under 16 years of age must obtain parental consent to participate in this activity

The race follows a Pen Start System, where runners are grouped by speed Each Pen starts simultaneously within its group to ensure proper distancing, minimize congestion, and reduce the risk of collisions.

The start area opens at 5:00 AM.

The start area closes once Pen D has been released.

Runners must enter through the designated entrance corresponding to their assigned Pen

Late arrivals after the cut-off time will not be permitted to run Their race status will be recorded as DNS (Did Not Start)

Race Guidelines

GENERAL COMPLIANCE

All participants are required to read and understand this guide in full.

Compliance with all rules and instructions is mandatory

Violations may result in penalties, disqualification, or further sanctions

RACE BIB REQUIREMENTS

The Race Bib is mandatory equipment for all participants.

Bibs must be brought on race day and worn at all times

Bibs are made of 100% waterproof material

Bibs must be securely attached to the front of the race shirt using the provided pins or a running belt

Bibs must not be attached to pants, worn under the shirt, or placed on the back.

Incorrect bib placement that prevents proper timing will result in no official time. Appeals will not be entertained.

Bibs must not be folded, cut, defaced, or altered in any way

Lost, damaged, or forgotten bibs will not be reissued under any circumstances

Bibs must be clearly visible upon entry into the Start Pen Participants without a bib will be denied entry and disqualified.

SUBSTITUTION & PROXY RUNNING

Running on behalf of another participant, or allowing another person to run with your bib, is strictly forbidden

Offenders will face immediate disqualification and possible sanctions

RACE ROUTE

Participants are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the official race route prior to race day

Failure to follow the designated route will result in disqualification

CALL TIME & PEN START RULES

Participants must arrive at least one (1) hour before their assigned start time.

Start Pen closing times will be strictly enforced. Late arrivals will not be permitted to start.

Participants may only move to a later/slower Start Pen (e g , Pen B may wait and start in Pen C)

Moving to an earlier/faster Start Pen is strictly prohibited

Violations compromise fairness and safety and will lead to disqualification

Race Guidelines

DISTANCE MARKERS

Markers are placed at every 1 km along the course

RUNNER ETIQUETTE

Keep to the left side of the course to allow faster runners to pass.

When overtaking, use the call “Right side, sir/ma’am.”

All runners must move left immediately when requested

CLEAN RACE POLICY

All waste, including bottles and cups, must be disposed of in designated bins only.

Littering is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Any participant feeling unwell must stop immediately and seek help from race officials or medical personnel

Continuing in poor condition is strictly discouraged

FACILITIES & SUPPORT

MEDICAL SERVICE

A medical service point is located at the entrance of the event, between the Start and Finish lines, and is easily accessible

BAGGAGE COUNTER

Open from 4:30 AM to 8:00 AM

Baggage must be collected from the same counter where it was deposited

Only necessary items should be brought The organizer reserves the right to refuse storage

TOILETS

Portable restrooms are available throughout the event area.

Please follow signage and use restrooms properly and cleanly

Race Guidelines

HYDRATION STATIONS

Seven (7) hydration stations are provided along the route, with the first station at KM 1 5

Most stations are on the right side of the route, but some may vary slightly for safety Drinks will be provided in cups

LOST & FOUND

Lost or found items must be reported to the Information Tent

At the end of the event, unclaimed items will be taken to the Race Organizer’s Office

For recovery after the event, email asics mtt@sonak com ph with item details and arrange for return shipping (at participant’s expense).

RACE COMPLETION & REWARDS

FINISHER MEDAL

All participants who finish within the official cut-off time will receive the ASICS META: Time: Trials Philippines 2025 Finisher Medal Medals must be claimed on race day only. No medals will be mailed or given after the event.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Upon finishing, runners will receive water and electrolyte drinks Finisher’s meals will be served at the Race Village

COMPETITION RESULTS & CERTIFICATES

Results can be checked online using your registration number after the race Participants who complete the race with an official time will receive an electronic race certificate with their name and finish time, issued after official results are announced

Awards and Race Regulations

Winners must be at least 16 years old on the day of the race.

1.Winners of the Open Category will be determined strictly by official Pen Release Time.

2 Winners are required to report to the designated tent within 30 minutes of the official results announcement Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the award

3 No ranking badges will be issued at the finish line All awardees must verify their names and report directly to the designated reporting point beside the awards stage.

4.To claim prizes, winners must register through the system and present valid government-issued identification. Failure to present valid ID will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes

5 Any checkpoint timing errors will be resolved by calculating the average between the preceding and subsequent checkpoints This calculation shall be deemed final

6.Concerns regarding official Pen Release Time must be raised with the on-site support team immediately after the race. Delayed claims will not be entertained.

7 The decisions of the Committee and the Race Director are final, non-negotiable, and binding on all participants

Via One Ayala / Makati — P2P + Vermosa Terminal

Go to One Ayala Terminal (Makati). Many southbound P2P buses or UV Express vans depart from there.

Take a P2P / UV Express / van that goes toward Vermosa / Cavite / Daang Hari Ride until Vermosa terminal

From Vermosa terminal, take a multicab / local shuttle / PUJ / trike (if needed) to Ayala Malls Vermosa.

Via Alabang / via SLEX & MCX

If you're nearer to Alabang or the south, ride a bus or UV Express heading toward Daang Hari / Cavite routes, passing through MCX / SLEX corridors, aiming to reach Daang Hari Road near Vermosa

Once you get to the vicinity of Vermosa / Daang Hari Road, get off at Vermosa Terminal. Transfer to the local Vermosa terminal and take last-mile transport inside the estate.

Mixed (Bus + Jeepney /

PUJ)

Take a bus from Manila to a major hub in Cavite (e.g. to Dasmariñas, Imus, General Trias) via routes that pass or connect to Daang Hari / Molino / Molino–Zapote / Aguinaldo Highway

At that hub, transfer to a jeepney/PUJ heading to Vermosa or to the Vermosa Transport Terminal

From the terminal, last-mile shuttle/multicab/trike to Ayala Malls Vermosa.
