PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday, June 7, inaugurated the Terminal 2 of the Mactan Cebu International Airport in Cebu City, which the Department of Transportation plans to transform into the “world’s friendliest airport.” The 65,500-square meter terminal increases the airport’s passenger capacity to 12.5 million.
