THE “yes” vote for the ratification of the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) was leading in Cotabato City by at least 7,000 as of 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22, partial and official results from the Commission on Election (Comelec) showed. The poll garnered 28,828 “yes” votes compared to the 21,787 “no” votes, or a total of 50,615 votes. Lawyer Allan C. Kadon, provincial election supervisor, said the affirmative garnered an overwhelming 503, 420 votes against the 9,735 “no” votes.
