Signupandsubmityourperformancevideoonlineforouraudition in Singapore. No instrument or music piece restrictions. Video duration: <5 mins. Submission deadline: Aug 20th. Shortlisted candidatesannouncedbySep1st.

Compete at the audition in Singapore (Sep 12th-27th) among the top competitors Top 10 winners will receive the Master Award Singaporeansmustbephysicallypresentforthisaudition.

Master Award Recipients will get to perform at the Gala Concert (Dec 19, 2023) at the Liszt Music Academy, Hungary. They will also be awarded with a sponsored two-day masterclass. Other expensesareself-funded.Pleasereferto'Fees'sectiononPage23.

Festival participants will receive hand-written recommendation letters from world-class music masters and official event certificates.

Remaining qualified candidates from the second audition (other finalists) will be invited to join the 7-day music festival with additionalfeesforthetwo-daymasterclass.OnlytheMasterAward RecipientswillperformattheGalaConcert

József Örmény is a Ukrainian pianist of Hungarian origin, one of the leading professors of Lviv National Music demy Graduated from Moscow Aspirantura (class of geny Malinin), József is an active concert performer dwide. He is a recognized high-end performance urer with a career of over 40 years teaching essional pianists. József is well-known for performing -century music incl. those of Olivier Messiaen, heinz Stockhausen, Alfred Schnittke and Alberto astera. He has been in close creative relationship with PolishcomposerAndrzejNikodemowicz(whowrotefive his piano concerto for him) and Ukrainian modern mposers - Valentin Silvestrov, Miroslav Skorik, Igor erbakow,BohdalaFrolyak.

Peter Stefan is a versatile musician known for his talents as a pianist, composer, and piano lecturer With expertise in various roles, he has excelled as a chamber orchestra artist, accompanist, and organist Previously, Peter served as a Music Consulter at Zhejiang University. Currently, he holds the prestigious position of Concertmaster at the Lviv National MusicAcademy Withhismultifacetedskillsand extensive experience, Peter Stefan continues to captivate audiences and inspire fellow musicianswithhisexceptionalartistry

Krisztián Ignácz is a versatile musician, serving as the Artistic Director at the Téglási Cultural Centre He excels as a classical double bassist, guitarist, and lecturer at the Vásárosnaményi Eotvos Jozsef Arts School. Krisztián also performs as a classical double bassist for the Cimborák band of the Téglási Hungarian Traditional Protection Association and the Hungarian Csipkés Folk Ensemble. His diverse musical talents and contributions make him a prominentfigureinthemusicindustry

With their remarkable artistry and deep-rooted passion, they deliver impromptu performances that bring to life beloved Hungarian tunes like the Hungarian Rhapsody, Csárdás, and enchanting Hungarian dances Through their vibrant and authentic interpretations, Csipkés Hungarian Folk Orchestra celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Hungary,captivatingaudienceswiththeirsoul-stirringmelodiesandinfectiousrhythms.

K A R I N A R A D A

Hungarian folk dancer, dance tutor Karina puts the main focus on reconstruction of authentic Hungarian folk dances from various historical regions: Szilágyság, Rábaköz, Gömör, Kalotaszeg, Ung and Bereg For each region she attributes own custom design containing ancient motives and techniques thoroughly arranged for performances within Táncház (Folk Dance House), folk concerts in duo and group dances Karina is a true keeper of local traditions, a showcase of how dances looked like in the rural circumstances during centuries of Hungarian history
