SOCIALS Senior Dinner & Dance: #441002.01 Come celebrate the fall season, including the Halloween holiday with a social function just for older adults! Whether you choose to dance the night away, just listen to the wonderful music of Steve Schultz’s Las Vegas Revue or socialize with friends and other members of the community, you’re sure to have a great time. Enjoy a family style dinner with all the fixings and note that Halloween costumes are welcome, but not required. There will be prizes for best costume should you choose to participate. Pre-registration by October 22.

AARP Driver Safety

#441001.01 This class is designed for participants to understand the effects of aging on driving, learn driving strategies that take into account the effects of aging and to help identify the most common crash situations faced by older adults. Many insurance companies offer a discount to drivers who complete this course. Also, any veteran or member of a veteran’s family may enroll in this class for FREE in the month of November!

Christmas party: #441002.02 Celebrate the season with friends and meet new people at the Christmas Social. A lunch from HoneyBaked Ham (sandwich, baked beans, chips, and a drink) will be served. If you have a favorite holiday cookie or desert, your contribution would be welcomed and appreciated. Entertainment will be provided by the Ashwaubenon High School Show Choir. There may even be a special visitor from the North Pole. Pre-register by Monday, December 12.

You will be transported via motor-coach bus to the windy city for a day of premiere shopping. If shopping isn’t your thing enjoy one of the many attractions at Navy Pier or the museums at the lakefront Museum Campus. You will also enjoy Light Up Night which features more than a million lights that will light up Michigan Avenue along with marching bands, gigantic balloons, celebrities, and more. Drop off/pick up will be at the corner of Superior St. and Michigan Ave. or as close to this location as possible. This trip is open to all ages, but those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
