Irving Klaw Photographs presents over 100 photographs sold by Irving Klaw. This book shows Klaw’spinup, burlesque and clothing fetish photographs, Klaw’sless well-known subjects and models. Bondage, wrestling women, cross-dressing men and Bettie Page are not represented. The images include those by photographers who worked for Klaw and those by other photographers whose output Klaw purchased. The earliest photographs were originally shot in the 1930s, the bulk of the photos shown here are from the late 1940s into the 1950s.When known, models’names are identified.There is no nudity in Klaw’sphotographs.
