Division Commissioner for the Leatherhead area, Dax Patel says “Being involved in Guiding is fantastically rewarding, it provides the chance to enjoy fun activities, crafts and games plus the enthusiasm from the girls is infectious!” she continues, “There are also opportunities to help ‘behind the scenes’, for example if accounts or DIY are a unused skill we’d love to put them to the test! We aim to offer a valuable Guiding experience to every girl on the waiting list but only by maintaining our number of adult helpers can girls in Fetcham Village be offered the opportunity to join us and gain from their Guiding experience. Full training and support is provided for every role and its great way to share your talents and add something different to your CV!”
