Invitation to Communion Holy Communion is an open and welcoming Table as the Lord himself is the host of this meal. All who have been baptized with water in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and who receive Communion in their own church are invited to receive the Body and Blood of Christ. Those who prefer not to receive Communion are welcome to come forward for a blessing. Please come forward by the center aisle and return by the side aisles.
