George Sowden, a product designer, partnered up with HAY, a Danish design company, to create a series of kitchen products. I created a manual on one of the products, the Softbrew Coffee Pot Manual, that mimics the style of the package design of the pot. I continued the idea of simple illustrations and text from the box. This design style is easily legible to readers. Furthermore, I added a common theme of measurement lines and grids to resemble a designer’s plans.
