Dear Friends,
It is our privilege to welcome you to Oakdale Farms and to our 4th Annual Female and Bull Production Sale. Whether you are joining us here in person today or reading this catalog ahead of the event, we are truly grateful for your interest in our program and for the opportunity to share our cattle with you.
Since holding our first Black Angus sale in 2022, we have been blessed to build relationships and do business with some of the most impressive and influential farms, ranches, and individuals in the cattle industry. We do not take those connections for granted, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for every handshake, every conversation, and every opportunity along the way.
At Oakdale Farms, we are committed to raising cattle that combine phenotype, performance, and carcass quality. Each year we strive to improve, and this offering represents what we believe is our best lineup yet—young heifers, open cows, bred heifers, and bulls selected with care and backed by data.
Most of all, we hope this event is more than just a cattle sale. Our goal is to open our farm to you, to get to know you better, and to share a bit of the story and spirit of Oakdale. While you’re here, please enjoy Oakdale Farms beef burgers, hotdogs, and all the trimmings as part of our offering of Southern hospitality.

SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cattle will be sold under the standard terms & conditions issued by the American Angus Association. Payment is required prior to release and transfer of cattle to purchaser and is expected within 30 days of invoicing. Announcements from the block will take precedence over printed material.
HEALTH
All cattle will have the appropriate health papers for immediate shipping.

The Details
FINANCIALS
Payment is required within 30 days of sale and is expected prior to release of genetic material as well as prior to release & transfer of live cattle to purchaser. Sale management retains the right to run credit cards utilized to assign bidder numbers after 45 days have passed with no pay; should you need special arrangements, please solidify prior to sale. If no payment has been received within 60 days of sale, consignor retains right to void the transaction, and all repeat “no pay purchasers” will lose bidding rights to these sales. Public auctions are legal platforms coordinating a transaction. All purchasers understand they are legally obligated to the purchases they make – this is a legally binding contract.
UNDERSTANDING THE PEDIGREE
Each EPD and $Index category gets a highlight. If the data is in the top 15% of the breed it is YELLOW, and top 5% in the breed it is BLUE.
