2021/22 PROGRAM DESCRIPTION & DETAILS

The ASSP program is tailored to U.S. based Alpine/Downhill Ski & Snowboard Schools and Clubs for youth or adult instruction/training. The coverages provided in the ASSP program include Participant Liability protection for all registered Instructors, Coaches, Students and Staff of the Policyholder on a per instructor basis. No national governing body memberships are required, and there is no roster reporting or club member status verification. The liability coverage protects against claims of bodily injury, property damage and the litigation costs to defend against such claims.

This program also includes Excess Accident and Medical Coverage protection for all Registered Instructors and their students while participating in sponsored and supervised insured activities and training.

Participant Accident Protection Program EXCESS ACC MED 100% OF ALLOWABLE EXPENSE – NO CO-INSURANCE $50,000 Maximum Medical Expense Benefit $10,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefit $2,500 Deductible Amount per claim No Aggregate Limit of Indemnity 52 Week Benefit Period Excess Coverage This insurance program is written on a master policy basis. Each member is named to the master policy onan individual basis with their own liability limits. Coverage is provided up to $5,000,000 per occurrence with ageneral aggregate amount of $6,000,000. The primary General Liability per occurrence amount is $1,000,000with a $2,000,000 aggregrate.

Excess Liability coverage can be purchased in incremental amounts from$1,000,000 per occurrence up to $4,000,000 per occurrence.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COVERAGES Abuse/Molestation Liability Coverage Abuse, Molestation, Harassment or Sexual Misconduct Defense Cost Reimbursement Coverage. PROGRAM FEATURES Owners of premises and financial sponsors may be named as additional insureds. There are no additional premium charges or fees for certificates of insurance evidencing this coverage.

COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Waiver & Release System The General Liability policy requires that the insured must maintain a system to regularly secure signed Waiver and Release forms from participants.
