ABOUT ME
I am a graduating interior design student who is passionate about creating a positive impact through the marriage of critical thinking and artistic ideation. I am passionate about the problem solving aspect of interior design because it has taught me to think deeply and creatively in order to produce the best possible design solutions.
My experience living abroad cultivated my desire to create meaningful environments that respect the culture the space is a part of and instigate a place where new generations can come together in community. Currently, having the opportunity to intern at HKS Inc. in Atlanta, specializing in healthcare, has exposed me to the attention to detail that is required of the real design process.
My long term goal is to facilitate a lasting impact through improving interior environments that have negative stigmas for individuals that have suffered from previous traumas that have shaped the way they experience their surroundings. That is why I am excited about this opportunity to work along side like-minded, creative individuals from whom I can learn and be inspired.

VERMONT COLONIAL RESIDENCE
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT LOCATED IN STOWE, VERMONT
This project is an interior renovation of a historic 1950’s residence. The front of the house is oriented North, allowing for the main common areas to have optimal sunlight on the South side. The residence is located in Stowe, Vermont, providing a resort experience with the benefits of nearby urban and city life. The open floor plan of the common spaces allows for hosting but does not compromise the privacy of the master suite and children’s bedrooms. A multipurpose room with a nearby restroom allows the family to accommodate their guests. Floor plans were created in AutoCAD, schedule were created in Excel, and interior elevations were hand rendered.

WESTIN AT FRENCHMAN’S REEF
HOSPITALITY PROJECT LOCATED IN ST. THOMAS, VIRGIN ISLANDS
Westin’s Hotel at Frenchman’s Reef is bringing back to life a coastal hotel located on St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. The original hotel was built in the 1970’s, and has undergone several renovations and redesigns due to hurricane damage and change of ownership and management over the years. This has left the hotel with no sense of order and direction. Located on a peninsula, guest rooms receive optimum sunlight throughout the day, and views
are boundless. The Westin at Frenchman’s Reef aim is to take advantage of this luxurious location while reviving the original charm and character of the 1970’s from which the hotel was first created. The hotel positions itself to provide guests with a refreshing hospitality experience that is infused with flavors of 70’s culture by reviving natural tones, soft shapes, and a hint of the unexpected. This project was created using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and the Adobe Suite.

All guestrooms were designed to be a space where guests are mentally and physically revived through natural tones, luxurious features, and intentional autonomy. Autonomy is created through distinct zones (Refresh, Groom, Sleep, Work, and Relax), allowing guests a taste of the amenities they would find in their own home. The first guestroom scheme will be modeled by the Standard King
Guestroom, and the second by the Double Queen Guestroom. A contemporary headboard feature wall displays pebbles arranged in an abstract design to add a modern flare to the traditional 70’s stone feature walls. The inbound bathroom boasts contemporary fixtures and a fire glazed tile. Built-in shelving behind the freestanding soaking tub allows for a seamless and rejuvenating spa experience.
