Monkey D. Dragon is one of the most mysterious men in One Piece. Though it has not been revealed, how much could Monkey D. Dragon’s bounty be?

Dragon’s Introduction Monkey D. Dragon was first seen in One Piece when he rescued Luffy in Logue Town from Smoker. Back then, Monkey D. Dragon was a complete mystery. Somehow, Dragon was able to change weather itself and save Luffy which shows how powerful Dragon can really be.

Dragon was formally introduced by Garp at Water 7. When Monkey D. Garp went to meet Luffy at Water 7, Garp revealed that Dragon is Luffy’s father and the leader of the most powerful organization opposing the world government, The Revolutionary Army.

Monkey D. Dragon’s Threat Dragon has been declared as the most wanted man by the Navy and the worst criminal in the One Piece world. These two statuses themselves speak for Dragon’s power and threat.

Pirates are roaming around in the Grandline trying to fulfill their dreams and find treasure.

But, revolutionary army is in direct opposition to the world government.

The threat posed by the revolutionary army is on a completely different level than the Yonkous. As the person leading such a powerful army, Monkey D. Dragon’s bounty should be very high.

During the Marineford war, it was also revealed that Dragon possesses Haoshoku Haki, the quality of supreme emperor. When it was revealed that Luffy is Dragon’s son, everyone was shocked. The reaction on everyone’s face was itself a proof of how much everyone acknowledges Dragon’s strength and also, fears him.

In the manga, many powerful members of the revolutionary army have been revealed. It has also been seen that revolutionary army is strong and daring enough to even infiltrate the Riverie.

Fight With Blackbeard blackbeard captured a pirate - TheAnimeHigh Dragon also faced an attack from Blackbeard pirates and seemed totally unharmed from the surprise attack. Which shows that even Blackbeard with his two devil fruit powers was no threat to Dragon. This again shows that Monkey D. Dragon’s bounty should be much higher, even than Yonkous.

Threat to World Government Luffy’s current bounty is 1.5 billion and Luffy is nowhere comparable to even a Yonkou in strength. Dragon is probably more powerful than even a Yonkou. So Dragon’s bounty should be much much more than 1.5 billion.

It’s also not just about power, Dragon poses a direct threat to the world government itself.

Pirates do not oppose the world government itself, but the revolutionary army does. The revolutionary army already has control over several countries in different seas.

Monkey D. Dragon’s Bounty Considering all this, my guess is that Monkey D. Dragon’s bounty would be somewhere around 6 billion. Something more than 6 billion would be slightly unrealistic in my opinion.

The world government is wealthy beyond anything, and I think protecting themselves is the best way they can use that wealth, so Dragon’s bounty would be pretty high. What are your thoughts?
