WILD, Owen Francis – Passed away peacefully at home on March 11, 2017, aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Judy for 51 years. Much loved father and fatherin-law of Nicola and Alan, Jeremy and Lee, grandad of Patrick and Rose, Reuben and Mitchell. Loved youngest son of the late Violet and Thomas Wild of Tokanui. Will be missed by his surviving sisters Isobel Jennings and Adeline Lamb and many nieces and nephews. A ridge over the country is weakening, allowing a cold front to sweep northwards across the South Island this morning and onto North Island this afternoon. Another ridge spreads onto the lower South Island by midday. The ridge shifts to the North Island on Monday and stays there until Wednesday.
