Judge orders psych report A psychiatric report has been ordered for a young man who armed himself with a kitchen knife and threatened police officers. Raymond Rawiri Hemi, 22, appeared before Judge Noel Walsh in the Ashburton District Court yesterday on charges of assaulting a police officer, possessing a knife in a public place, threatening behaviour, assault, disorderly behaviour, intentional damage, animal cruelty and a driving matter.
